familytree.tw provides tools for creating, editing, viewing, and sharing family tree information and related family memory content.
By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only with content you have the right to add or share.
Editor Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of family tree content they add.
Editors should not upload, import, or share private information, photos, or documents unless they have permission from the relevant people or rights holders.
When importing Google Drive folders, editors are responsible for setting appropriate Google Drive sharing permissions for viewers who should be able to access the files.
Google Drive Files
Google Drive import uses read-only access to list files from folders selected by an editor.
familytree.tw stores references to Drive files so they can appear in the common area. The original files remain in Google Drive and are controlled by Google Drive sharing settings.
If a Drive file is deleted, renamed, moved, or made private, it may no longer display or open correctly in familytree.tw.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, security, or product improvement.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the service to upload or share illegal content, malware, abusive material, or content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another family's private content without permission, or interfere with the operation of the service.
